Technical Support Engineer for BPO Solutions

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) will be the go-to-guy of the Level 2 Technical Support Representatives (TSR).  The TSE will be involved in providing technical assistance both the the clients and the TSRs:

* With the clients -  to ensure that all technical issues are resolved before the support is escalated to Level 3
* With the L2 TSRs -  to ensure that they fully possess the technical know-how of the systems and services.

This job requires a balance of technical and communications expertise.

* Proficient in managing multiple servers on LAMP and Windows Platforms
* MSExchange and other Linux-based email services. Experience in Web Hosting service is a plus.
* With expertise in Apache and IIS
* Proficient on virtualization technologies
* Proficient in Asterisk and other VoIP/SIP technologies and applications
* Good communications skills (written and oral)
* Willing to work on shifts and in Davao City
