RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performs recruitment activities (i.e. paper screens, phone screens, face-to-face interviews, orientations) with emphasis on compliance with established recruitment processes and procedures.
* Performs records management activities. Ensures the accurate input of information in databases for processed applications, the generation of campaign–specific reports, and other internal recruitment reports. Coordinates the processing of pre-employment requirements.
* Provides updates on hiring requirements to the Talent Acquisition Officer and / or TA Manager for reporting purposes, status feedback to applicants, tracking purposes, and effective monitoring of applications processed / to be processed.
* Aligns and calibrates with hiring requirements of the different departments / accounts (i.e. skills, capabilities, competencies, educational level).
* Provides new insights and ideas on current recruitment practices and suggests improvements from a procedural perspective. Aims to bring about increased efficiency and expediency in all recruitment activities
* Coordinates new hire classes for the different operations accounts.
* Gathers information on new hire quotas (i.e. ramp-ups, additional classes, support vacancies). Provides status updates to pertinent individuals on TA initiatives. Conducts calibration meetings on employment qualifications, skills, competencies, etc. Obtains departmental involvement in final candidate interviews.
* Provides the list of new hires coming in for training.
* Pooling of potential candidates from applicant and employee referrals.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* HR experience with Call Center is a must.
* Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
