Implement the Sales Team’s strategic objectives to bring the company’s products at the forefront of identified markets in a geographical area, successfully achieve and exceed sales goals, and consistently increase market share. This is done by ensuring that the following measures are achieved:

Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plan to increase sales and generated leads Conduct route calls, product demonstrations, and direct sales to prospective clients Understand the clients’ needs by conducting accurate data gathering Monitor and comply with pricing procedures, including those of the competitors Contribute to the company’s efforts in efficient collection performance through:

Timely submission of Customer Information sheet on new accounts for credit approval Supervision of collection on delinquent accounts.


1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): posses strong leadership qualities and positive mindset, has a consistent sales target achievement, be able to formulate and implement marketing plans and strategies, good moral character and trustworthy.
3. Excellent communication skills – oral and written
4. Self-motivated, goal oriented and result- oriented individual, aggressive, hardworking
