Job Description

• Build, coach, and direct a team of employees into a highly responsive team that meets the required performance standard
• Drive recruiting programs to deliver and exceed stated metrics and standards
• Lead the continuous improvement of creative, effective, cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Research target language and culture and educational programs to build global talent communities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of key talent – talent community, utilizing social media and branding
• Provide staff with structured feedback on performance results especially in terms of tools usage and recruitment strategies
• Review and communicate daily performance, quality, and attendance reports at the individual and team level
• Monitor staffing specialists/consultants performance on a daily basis, evaluate and document their performance, timekeeping and assist them in performing at peak levels
• Ensure that all pertinent information and project update are rolled to the staffing specialists/consultants in a timely manner
• Answers queries from staffing specialists/consultants related to sourcing and recruitment processes
• Evaluate current assessment testing and make recommendations for improvement of the design and implementation
• Works on cross-functional Recruiting requests, projects and other duties as assigned
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Management and required by the Program

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in supervisory capacity
• At least 2 year experience as global recruiter
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree on Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Advanced organizational, interpersonal and written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate experience in handling multiple tasks within short timeframes
• Ability to deal with peak workloads and potentially stressful situations
• Ability to analyse issues and solve problems
• Strong time and people management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in the workplace with the ability to lead through those changes
• Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint
