Recruitment Officer for Callbox

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operations regards to call center job requirements.
Source and screen candidates, from staff level to management positions.
Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews, assessing functional and organizational fit of applicants.
Perform background check to shortlisted candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding hiring status.
Propose and implement recruitment projects as needed.

Requirements:
With at least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Call Center Recruitment background is a plus.
