Looking for Filipino VA for Customer Support


We are an internet startup company and we provide unified cloud communication services.

Our products/services include a live chat tool, electronic faxing and VoIP phone service.

We get huge flow of customers and need an efficient virtual assistant to clear our pending support/sales tickets.

Please apply if you have experience in handling customer/sales support in web2.0 domain.

Candidate should possess the following:
- good communication skills in English;
- at least 1 year experience in any of the following – customer support, technical support, telemarketing
- great email and chat etiquette;
- a fast/reliable internet connection at home;
- own PC/laptop;
- a quiet home-office (as you will be working from home);

Salary Range is P13,000 – P15,000 (depending on work experience and position applied for — customer support or telesales)

Qualified applicants will call local businesses in Philippines and international businesses in US & UK to sell SaaS based call center. Training will be provided.

Recruitment Procedure:
1. Set-up a Skype account (this is free, and if you don’t know how to do it, then ask a friend who does)
2. Send your resume as an attachment to (word format)
