Requirements:
Background in handling financial account is an advantage
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Excellent Spoken and Written English
Excellent English comprehension skills
Should posses good rate and clarity of speech
Customer service oriented
Versatility in dealing with people
Strong proficiency working with web browsers, strong web navigation skills and the ability to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments
Typing speed of minimum 30 wpm
Can multitask
Call center experience is a plus

Is COE required upon application? I am still affiliated with another call center company until you consider me as an applicant. how long is the training and is it paid? I am interested to be part of your company but I need to have this question answered first.
