Looking for Administrative Manager

Job Summary

Monitors the entire operations of the department and the sections within it; Sections under this department are Human Resource, General Services, Purchasing, Information Technology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates with the AVP/General Manager and VP – Finance for the planning and implementation of necessary programs and projects of the organization

- Monitors Administrative-related expenses and the operational cost (utilities, office repairs and equipment purchases)

- Promotes open communication and provide feedback information with other department.

- Submits Administrative Proposals and Request to AVP/General Manager and VP Finance

- Disseminates and implements approved projects, programs and plans through Department Heads.

- Analyzes and organizes office operation and procedures such as preparations, Payroll, Personnel, Information Management, Filing System, requisition of supplies and other clerical supplies.

Job Specifications:

1. graduate of business-related or management course
2. with at least one to two years of relevant work experience
3. analytical and organized
4. with above average interpersonal, planning, leadership, managerial and communication skills.
5. computer literate
