23 years old and above
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Experience with administrative tasks
- recording
- filing
- incoming and outgoing documents
Background on finance work
- accounting
- bookkeeping
- bank transactions
- preparation of vouchers and statement of accounts
Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system
Computer literate
- familiarity with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- knowledge in web browsing
- Emails
Demonstrated written and oral English skills
Keen with details
Has initiative
Can work with minimal supervision
Can work under pressure
Can adapt to multi-tasking work
Good Character
Pleasing personality
