Hiring Operations Executive

We are inaugurating a young startup service provider/company with high potential for growth and need a flexible and dedicated candidate for the following position

Operations Executive (1 vacancy)

• Bachelor’s degree (any field), business/marketing degree a plus

• Excellence oriented
• Excellent management and organisation skills (detail oriented)
• Excellent phone, email & personal communication skills (English)
• A go-getter, can be assertive when needed to meet targets and tasks
• Can work with minimal supervision with great self-management and self-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team, can lead a team when needed, and has no problems receiving instructions from direct supervisor/manager

• Internet and computer savvy, own pc/laptop and good internet connection @ home a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written/email English (style, vocab, grammar)
• Enthusiastic to learn and happy to be taught new skills


• Flexible 8 hour schedule / 5 days a week
• Option of not having monthly salary deductions
• Can work @ home on some days subject to agreement

• Salary review/increase post 6mo evaluation and at company directed intervals thereafter
