1. Works closely with top management (C-Level Executives of the company) for the implementation of corporate initiatives and projects;
2. Works with different managers/supervisors and ensures implementation of management-sponsored projects/initiatives across all levels of the organization;
3. Ensures proper flow of information and processes;
4. Helps in the review and/or development of new operations processes – from top to bottom;
5. Represents the top management in different company projects/meetings;
6. Performs project performance audits within all departments;
7. Implements company-wide change initiatives;
8. Reports directly to the CEO.


1. Must be a graduate of a business or technical course, MBA is preferable;
2. Must have previous work experience as Project Manager/Coordinator in the IT or BPO Industry;
3. PMP or Six Sigma training/certification is desired;
4. Must be capable of working with different project teams across different time zones;
5. Must be able to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at the same time;
6. Must be willing to work in US Business Hours from time to time;
7. Must be willing to work in Davao City and/or Makati City.
8. Must be able to start September 1, 2011.
