5 Customer Support And Accounts Payable Representative – Next BPO

About the Job

Overview:

1. Will coordinate with corporate clients regarding order and delivery status;
2. Will work closely with partners and suppliers to make sure all payable accounts are updated and paid in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Work will involve a lot of communication with clients/suppliers so tact/proficiency in both phone conversation and written correspondence is highly preferred (Call Center work experience as a CSR is a plus);
2. Must have at least 4 years of work experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Staff;
3. Expertise in Quickbooks and MS Excel;
4. Accounting Degree;
5. Willing to work in EST Business Hours;
6. Must possess valid passport and available for work as soon as possible.
7. Preferably a resident of Davao City.
